(Double entendre unintentional !)

(refers to my last effort)

"What's that fella Danny talking about ? Doesn't he know that at that time our aircraft were flown by oiks from the RAF, not proper gentlemen from Dartmouth ?"

You've got the entire ocean to choose from, yet you drop anchor next to an airport! FFS!

"Right Bloggs, you've done the interservice interpreter's course - tell us what this message means: 'Arr Jim lad, splice the mainbrace and shiver me timbers, report by eight bells or it's Davy Jones' locker for ye!'"

"Well Sir, I'm not quite sure, but I've sent back 'Attention Roger the Cabin Boy, the Navy never leaves their mates behind', and now they seem to be getting rather excited."

Life on the Ocean Wave.

THIS IS NOT A CAPTION

Arm out of the Window,
..."Right Bloggs, you've done the interservice interpreter's course - tell us what this message means: 'Arr Jim lad, splice the mainbrace and shiver me timbers, report by eight bells or it's Davy Jones' locker for ye!'"...
I'm sure Union Jack could oblige (as interpteter, that is!) if asked nicely.
..."Well Sir, I'm not quite sure, but I've sent back 'Attention Roger the Cabin Boy, the Navy never leaves their mates behind', and now they seem to be getting rather excited."...
"The Cabin Boy was Ripper" not Roger (unless there is another version of the well known poem) - and we know what he did !

(Inspired by Nutloose's #36251 pic under closer examination with magnifying glass),

Who gave the seaplane that black eye ? Is it giving us the old two-digit salute ? What's that fella doing at the back, standing where the rudder should be ?

(The Camera cannot lie).
