Stanwell, all I can find is that it is an experimental version of the Vickers-Carden-Loyd Utility Tractor (1934). It seems it was an early attempt at the type of vehicle that would eventually give rise to the Bren Gun Carrier.

Its only fault was that it could be seriously disabled by comparing it to that other model in the CapCom.

No, the German golf buggy was an addendum to the previous cap com. Apologies as it was not meant to usurp the current one in play, which is Cletus with his bow.
