Did you notice on the Telegraph link that your post refers to, the www.thankyoutony.com link?
I thought at first it was some kind of joke, but it appears to be a serious US website, for americans to say thanks to TB for his, and the UK's(?) support to the US of A.
It also looks as though it is a direct line to No. 10 for all comments........ some scope there then
