So the government have decided to spend £1m telling stoners that dope is still illegal, im not a loggie, but how many flak jackets would that buy?

Alternatively, just hand out the Spliffs and then we wouldn't care if there was no body armour in the jackets!!

Not only will this campaign use money which could be better used elsewhere, but if I'm not mistaken didn't Frank used to recruit for the army as well....
