Bexair Bahrain

Has anyone any information regarding this company. I understand they are recruiting, but they are reluctant to communicate with the outside world.
I also understand they have Challenger (1) 604, and (2) 601s on order, plus Citations.
Who is the boss, and should I bother to contact them. ?
