What is going on at emirates, I heard guys are getting commands after 18 months or so?

you heard right,

while on the other hand, some guys have been bypassed by over 100 numbers. Which one will you be?

Lots of A330/340 coming this year, just a few 777, that means 777 boys (even accelerated guys) get bypassed.
Seniority does not really count today.

The boss said 11 planes, I think 3 B777 the rest 330/340 but don't know for sure.
Don't know how many pilots they need, heard they have 2000 in a waiting pool, the min hours are 2500 TT and 1500 jet, but I think 5000 is the min to get an interview.
