Morning All

Has anyone had problems recently in trying to renew their retiree EK Platinum card?

I sent the required information in response to an enquiry I made in early January, so know that the email address was correct. Having not heard anything I resent the inforamtion about 10 days ago, and after still no response, sent a couple of emails asking if they had received my application; still nothing back.

Does anyone know if there is anyone you can speak to in EGHQ? There was a couple of years ago, but I wonder if they are still there, or replaced by an unmanned desk?
