New faces in QR OPs management
 

Over the last couple of weeks QR Ops has see theinduction of fresh faces into the management. With the division of the A320/A330 fleet into 2 seperate fleets, a new STC and TP have been appointed on the A320 fleet. the former STC on the A300 is now the Chief Pilot fleets and hence there is a new STC on the A300 fleet as well.

The management thus has had some freshness inducted to it. The zeal with which the new guys are going about their duties is a good sign. it remains to be seen how much of a free hand they are allowed in running their respective departments.

I'll second that. Best of luck to the new guys (or at least to the old guys in new positions).

Hope that the "free hand" that you refer to is given to these guys. I think there is tremendous scope there to make some real welcome changes.

at the risk ok sounding a bit backward--- what does STC and TP stand for (Senior Training Capt?)
But whatever the actual designations they have my best wishes too!
