Any actual good cadet programs in the middle east

I am an international student willing to pay for an affordable flight school in the middle east or join a cadet program which is somewhat in my budget too. After graduating from a private flight school is there a hope of ever making it to the airlines in that country? if not, what are some actual good cadet programs in the middle east that can get you a job with the airline in that country and how does it work? What are some good options which have somewhat affordable prices? please i seriously need guidance and help...
