Query about T3 MPL

Hey guys, I'm a 17-year-old currently finishing my A Levels in Pakistan.

I want to pursue a career in aviation and after asking my relatives and friends they've recommended me to do T3 Academy MPL although after joining this forum I've seen some multiple bad experiences from their cadets.

Can anyone clarify me if its beneficial to join that now or not? Or any alternative which could help in the middle east?

Honestly it depends on your access to funding.

Emirates Flight Training has sent people onto EK as pilots, but it is super expensive. They seemed to have some teething issues to start but now seem fine pumping out mostly Local cadets direct to EK.

Air Arabia has their cadet program with T3. I don't fly in those circles so I'm not sure of their quality or standard. They do seem to churn through pilots pretty quickly so I guess their experienced pilots move on successfully?

Not sure about local Pakistani options.

The Air Arabia cadets had some issues but a few of them have recently joined EK after gaining experience. For all the doom and gloom, if you are prepared to play the long game it should turn out just fine. Good luck to you.

people who went through covid it was tough for them. Took them almost 4 years from the start of the course until flying. But cadets after covid finished everything within 2 years.

Also from next year the delivery of their 120 aircraft order will start so it's a good opportunity for you. But try cpl and join fly jinnah and you can save more than $200000 but not doing mpl.

Hey! I get where you’re coming from—choosing the right flight school is a big deal. I’ve looked into T3 Academy too, and honestly, the reviews can be pretty all over the place. It might be a good idea to reach out to current cadets or pilots to hear their firsthand experiences. For a path toward the Middle East, I’d recommend checking out Emirates Aviation University or local flight schools with good airline connections. Just make sure to do your homework and find a program that feels right for you.

Anyone has any update on the current situation now?

Many folks before you asked the same question - got the same set of answers and then ended up doing what they felt and regretted it for years to come.

Find old threads on Air Arabia and seek your answer. You'd be shocked by what reality checks are stated there.

If you have the money to spend, use it wisely.

Good luck !

Apologies but the so called 'Fly Jinnah' group is pretty picky on 200 hour guys. There's absolutely no guarantees you will make it in.

The Air Arabia cadet scheme has been discontinued.
