getting a job ?

Hello aviators

I wanna choose aviation school, and have plan to work in middle east later.

I have 2 choices, study in Iran ( my country ) and study in QATAR or EMIRATES !

my question is, if I get my licenses in Qatar or Emirates, will I have higher chance to get a job in these countries and their airlines? or i'll have the same chance if I study in iRAN then looking for job in Qatar/Emirates ?
