Any feedback appreciated on what Kuwait Airlines are like to work for?

Hey ,
Roster will change . I asked for the contract for Dec 777 . Contract was fine but .... Overtime was 45 bucks an hour after 85 hours . To me that's a massive warning .
Am sure there are better and worse places
