Are there any plans of dividing Cargo and Pax operations at EK in regards of flight crew?

No.

Straight from SVP of fleet.

He'd prefer it but it's out of his hands.

Besides, it adds more variety to an already interesting and diverse schedule. The only problem is the frequent changes to that schedule which can mess up your roster a bit.
