Safety (Program) Question for QR and EK drivers...
 

I have a couple of general questions for any EK or QR drivers about your CRM/TEM programs. General only, no specifics (or opinions on effectiveness) needed... I'm working on my doctoral dissertation on multi-national/multi-cultural Threat and Error Management programs, and where are there more multi-national flight deck crews than EK/EY/QR...

Anyways, do you guys have specific CRM or TEM training? If so, is it separate from the rest of training (it's own day), or integrated with a potion of it (part of Indoc, Systems, Sim, Line Training, etc)? Finally, who develops and teaches it (Flight Training, Flight Safety, Human Factors, etc)? Again, I'm just looking for basic answers to point me in a direction. Thanks.

We have a reasonably large and very active HF Group. It has been in existence for over 13 years and developed a very effective CRM programme based around TEM.
