Flydubai selection

Hello ! I have an appoitment in CTC's for " a set of computer based aptitude tests followed by group exercises in order to assess your interpersonal and team working skills" , what about sim test? I don't have the 737 TR ? if someone knows how to prepare these any information will be welcomed. Thanks in advance.
