Well , it cant be profit share as its the same as last year... so thats why i call it a "bonus"
( ie . fixed amount) ..

If it was profit share then it should have increased 200% as per the results...

Only if you "meet" or above the level required. I wonder how many have been marked below "meets" just so the management can get their 12 weeks if that is true. Lots more than last year I am guessing.

I heard from a reliable source (local FO) we will get 52 weeks profit share or your normal salary, everyone can choose

In the email sent to everyone it said 1 month, so I find it hard to believe office staff get 12 weeks :ugh::ugh:

I have to say 4 weeks is not that great, but in the grand scheme of things, a $40 million profit is not excactly earth shattering, even if it was a 200% rise :hmm:
