Anybody else having trouble opening GABI from home, on either Pc or iPad ?
And is there a way to fix it ? It doesn't work with download HD on the iPad either.

I log directly into gabi from my ipad and it works fine to download BP's from safari - no need to use Downloads HD

I had the same problem. My password was not working for Gabi. I had been logged out the system so I called the it help desk. They sorted it out in 2 mins.

Another option is to simply delete the Downloads HD app from your iPad, go back to the App Store and re-install it, (apple knows you already paid for it...). There was a recent upgrade to IOS which had an effect on the way some older installations of Downloads interacted with GABI. Re-installing the App will either fix your problem or let you know if you have other issues - like being logged out by IT for example.

It turns out I was logged out or something, but it fixed it in 10' .
