question regarding EK cargo Chicago route

Can any one please answer, did they or did they not serve ORD for a shortwhile, I saw it on the routemap in January but now it was removed after a week or less, please do not move this to Freight Dogs forum, no satisfactory response there.

EK does not fly to Chicago yet. I believe this may have been done by Atlas who contracts there B744 services to EK.

I can confirm this. I've never seen any EK 777's in ORD. I have seen the 747 there though (operated by Atlas).

The post was regarding EK Cargo only not passenger services, so Atlas/EK Cargo did serve ORD for some time as you have stated and as appeared on routemap in January, so the map was correct but oddly there is no reference elsewhere on the net for this.

The EK 777F should take over for Atlas' 747's as more are delivered and add Anchorage and Chicago as a layover for EK pilots.
