UAE Labor Laws And Midex Airlines
 

Now here is one that is past on to me concerning this Midex airline operation out of the UAE,,all pilots hold valid UAE resident and work visa, issued in ras Al kama
Company has a bad name and has lost the AOC once already for exceeding crew duty times and cover
ups.
Training manger just departed the fix in the middle of the night,,a few A300 check pilots not returning.
747 check airman resigned for refusing to upgrade the unsafe new hire ones.
Take it or leave it 1 year contract with 12 months on and only 1 month off being enforced now, these guys had signed on for 5 weeks on and 3 weeks off originally and the contract has been changed before the expiration date.
Exactly what is going on there,,crews not being paid correctly.
This one is starting to stink, If it has not smelled already.
If true best to avoid at any and all cost.
