ACN 3rd August QTR

Hi all,

Can anyone give some light on the new ACN concerning the training bonds?

As far as I understand it, it does not follow what we received on our company e-mail, and everybody that has been less than 3 years in QTR (moreover if you have been less than 18 months), will "pay" his TR through salary deductions.
