Question to Pilots!!
 

Dear Captains,

My friend is taking a flight from Dubai to Kwait, flying time going is just 1HR but coming back it 's more than 2 hrs! so he asked me what 's the reason it's longer on the way back! Would appreciate if any pilot can explain this point .thank you in advance

Flight times are both approx. 1:30 hours. Your friend probably didn't take the time difference of 1 hour into account. Departure and landing times are usually given in local time of the respective location.

To make it more clear.. if he Take off from Dubai 2200 (10pm) Dubai time he will arrive Kuwait 2230 (1030pm) Kuwait time. which is 2330 (1130pm) Dubai time.

if he take off from Kuwait 2200 (10pm) Kuwait time he will arrive Dubai 0030 (1230am) Dubai time, which is 2330 (1130pm) Kuwait time.
