The 2 guys at the top Mr NS & Mr CC both were very happy & in fact were active in allowing Mr AA to plan India turn arounds for the c/crew & now you're giving them credit for stopping it! I guess their decision has nothing to do with all the c/crew resignations? But let's look on the bright side at least 1 of them is leaving soon.
