Lets say that I wanted to rent a Villa (4 bed + maids)in Dubai. Arabian Ranches, Silicon Oasis type area. How much would it cost including electricity etc.
Any ideas??

Dh320000 plus DEWA 36000 per annum.

With oil prices going up and absolutely everything you will buy being flown, shipped and trucked into the UAE the inflation is only just beginning.

Think seriously. Not about what your salary buys today but what it will be buying in a years time.
