QR A320 roster memo
Latest memo from CP A320 . Requests making A320 planing hard so requests not alowed except if you have valid reason .
So how A330 with over 37 aircrafts and 57 training captians + 20 secon officers on training can have request and A320 can not ? 300 guyz can request ,340 can request,777 can request but famues A320 is so busy with 16 aircrafts that requests making A320 mr.M taking panadol so office decided to help him instead of replacing him with someone who knows the job or someone who will issue roster on time coz goys do you remember when did we get roster on time last time ? I guess 2 y a go . Whats next ? Leave is making roster difficult so leave are canceled or so . |
no offence, but i believe the 320 fleet has 20 aircraft now with all the new 321's and 320's

Ahhhh... so that's what the Memo meant! I have been re reading it for the last three days. Someone get the 320 CP a spell checker please.

16-20-25 so what its still less then A330 and A330 has more destinations and more training but still pilots can request flight and have 4-5 days off in slot . but A320 is so special fleet that roster come out on 30th and No requests becouse A320 rostering guy reports to duty at 10:30 and he is more intresting in fancy shirts then in his job. He never in his life pick up a phone call in office and he is acting like if he is under stress all the time . I guess more people resigened becouse A320 roster then becouse salary or anything else . |

Mate dont be so hard on poor guy from A320 he is working hard . I mean its hard to do so bed roster as he do am sure you need a lot of effort to make people fly at same day at night and morning and in same time work only 4 h a day .
