EK Selection

Hello Folks,
Can anybody tell me what sort of requirements
EK is looking for?I am Canadian Pilot with an
ATR,don't have jet exp.& can speak arabic.All
the replies are well appreciated....CHEERS! ;)

2500TT of which atleast 1000 must be jet.

Actually it has changed to 3500 hours. Guess they need more experienced pilots for they expansion plans. Good luck
