Dispatch Jobs in M.E

Anyone have any advice for a FAA-licenced Dispatcher looking for a job in the Middle East? Bugger-all airline experience(except as a passenger!). FAA commercial/instrument pilot, with no interest at all in flying for a living. Any tips greatly appreciated!!!
