Yep, that's correct.. looking at 4-5 years in the right seat in my opinion.

You did not make the grade, that is what went wrong. Join as F/O (if you make the grade) do your 3 years and then go through the usual command upgrade process.

You didn't pass the assessment, you did the assessment and failed. But...not so badly that you can't reapply. We used to only give guys one shot, now we accept they could have had a bad day rather than be unsuitable.

atlas or cargolux, ek cant even crew what they have, never mind the 380's or 777's coming.

I heard Atlas will lose their contract due the location of their servicing facility. Apparently not too happy to see EK tails in Israel.
