Cargo background
 

Hi guys

I will interview on April . 7,000 total time , 90 % of that is heavy jet, with about 2,100 PIC Wide Body Jet. Almost all my time in supplemental cargo.
My question is: With that kind of backgroung, Will they pretty much put me on the cargo side of the company , or I still have a shot at the paxs ?
Anybody with the same background that interviewed recently , or already working at EK I would appreciate the feedback.

Shall we presume you're talking about Emirates... vs Etihad or Qatar?

If so, I believe that you'll have to start as FO as you don't meet the min 8000 TT for captain. But, I have heard EK has some type of accelerated commands. Don't know how this works or if it is even around any more....
