EY command upgrade
 

Just wondering if Etihad had a fast track upgrade program for F/O with previous command time and if not what is the current upgrade time considering all the aircrafts orders. thanks for any info.

No fast track.
Rumor has it that an order will be announced soon so, until then it's difficult to say

if you joined late 2004-2005 = about 1yr to upgrade..

Therafter from Early 2005-late 2005 = 1.5 - 2 yrs

Early 2006 - till late 2006 = round about the same, 2 yrs plus/minus few months

Therafter... They are slowing down, the time should circa. 3-4 yrs, that's only an educated guesstimate!! :rolleyes:

No credit I'm affraid for previous command time.. purely Seniority!!

It also seems like the Bus F/Os jump the 777 F/Os...to date command has certainly not been done on seniority....saves money I suppose in training costs:rolleyes:
The seniority system for Command is used when it suits the management!
Dont expect fairness.
