Another(?) New Seniority List To Come
 

Expect a new system once our esteemed VPO has transferred all the B767 guys to the A330/340 fleet. Then your hard work over the years for this company will mean something.
A320 guys I suggest you take a very serious look at Bahrain Air since it looks like you will not get a sniff of the long haul fleet for many years to come. Also the package there is the same but you will be flying new 320s as opposed to the death traps here.

Let me get this right.

We are not going to go to the widebodies anytime soon, so we should switch to a new (and unknown) company that will only operate A320's, for the same wage package? Am I missing something here? :confused:

I've never heard about Bahrain Air, I tried to google it but didn't get any good answers. Anyone with some information about this new company?

Capt. Nasser Al-Salmi is working on a new seniority system that is a much better than the Point syatem that we used to have, which will be based on your years served not date of promotion.
May i say hard luck B767 pilots becouse Xfer will be based on that new syetem, So B767 to A320 .... A320 to A330/A340 once more hard luck.:=

So basically as an FO no change. the curent "new system" is based on date of line check. So when 767 to airbus happens the guys will go to the fleet their seniority holds. and P.s there is only 18 of them.

and Meph....take your doomsday crap somwhere else. GF is not perfect but 320 never get on widebodies and deathtraps is a bit extreme.
