Inter Airlines

Hi,
can anyone tell me whether they have had any experience of working for Inter Airlines. Its a charter airline in Turkey.

I am hopefully going to work with them in the summer on a 300 hour contract with the chance of a permanent contract after the 300 hours are fnished.

As a charter airline what are the chances of being taken on with them after the summer months are over?
