What's up? Rumours abound. Things seem pretty quiet from the head shed lately. AY, the ex head of finance is gone. Rumours to the effect that head of OCC is going. Also VP OP's. Sheicky as well?

Sounds like a great place to clean house, from the top down. With VP ops gone will the MAS mafia lose their grip on "training'. We can only hope.

This promises to be an interesting new year. Maybe after three years we can start building a company we can be proud of instead of the dolled up charter trash we really are. All the promises and vision statements in the world will get you nowhere with inept management and sycophants at the helm. We have so far only managed to mimic the worst of LTU and MAS operations in flight ops. Let alone the other departments.

Alots of people in the Flt Ops with no proper qualification-from the head
down-really need to be replaced....if only the royal family knew the millions of Dhs these people are wasting(No fuel policy,improper-illegal

Just look at the state they have left GF....it really doesnt sound promising if they are the new guard.

There are plenty good qualified people out there we just have to make it attractive and let them do the job without the constant interferance and BS that seems to go on.

The charter mentality has to go quickly if we are to progress, anyone in the shed listening!:ugh:
