EK A330 routes & dest
 

Can someone please tell what routes the A330 does at EK? How long do you fly the A330 before being dual rated on the A340''s?

ACC,BKK,ABJ,CMN,CMB,DAR,NBO,ADD,VIE,CDG,MUC,HKG,LGW,MXP,LHR, SEH,KUL,SIN,MNL,BHX,the entire subcontinent, the gulf(330),dar,nbo,muc sometimes done on the 343.Note :type of AC changes as market deems
You do the 330 for a min of a year. Right now how knows WRT 380.330 is the base A/C new hires maybe sloted onto the 380 after a year since there upgrade would be a few years away.Any FO that has been here @ 2 years would not want to go 380 as it might delay there already delayed upgrade

Normaly you get A330 and A340 typrating at once.
At all airlines which operate the A330 and A340 have pilots with both typrates. Maybe Emirtes not?

NOT, in EK's case. Can take up to 2 years to get on a 340 course. Mind its generally a better lifestyle on the 330 only. But some like the 340 as well.
