The office ladies at EOC are cackling about TCAS calling CFI-B over for an avuncular chat. Ended up with said CFI being told that his time to resign his appointment had come...told it was best for all concerned.

Is he the first of many scape goats for the developing manning crisis at EK?

Without going into the details another shameful incident, that lets you know we work in the 3rd world.

I allways thought that the CFI-B was the same job that C.C. does who is the CFI-A not to be confused how ever with C.C. who is the DCFI-B

Then again you could speak with VPFT / CPB rather than EVP- E & O and you would find out what the DSVP-FO really said to the CFI-B

How ever a more reliable source seems to be the Office ladies at the EOC information supplied by C.M.

Whatever happened; whenever this company advertises for such positions, I'm never sure whether to admire the bravery or pity the foolhardiness of those who apply.

They don't seem to realize that this is one of the few companies where you can have real responsibility without having real authority.

And whenever an(other) incident occurs, who do you think will be the first one to take the fall?
