Cabin Crew Bond

I have been looking at airlines in the Middle East. The only airline that asks their cabin crew to sign a bond is Qatar Airways. Emirates, Etihad nor Gulf Air (I'm hoping for this airline) asks for this. Why is that?

I am guessing here, but I think Qatar treat there crew so badly that the only way to keep unsure people for at least a while is to bond them for their training.

Correct..

Desemirates ..if you have the choice..avoid Qatar airways, and try to go to Emirates or Etihad, certainly it´s not perfect, But For SURE there it´s a better treatment and better place to stay!
