SV maintenance
 

Hi there,

This is something that has always baffled me, why does SV still have their maintenance base in Kandara? It's not easily accessable from the airport, and by extension the planes they are supposed to maintain. It can't be practical. So why? It's not like there's a shortage of free land within the airport
boundary!

No need to jump on me like that.

I don't work for SV , so I don't know the inner workings of the airline. But I do know for sure, that when they moved to the new airport in Jeddah they kept the maintenance facilities back in Kandara running, and that those facilities are still active today.

That's what I was asking about.
