Emirates in Canada
 

Just spotted a photograph on www.justplanes.com. which was leading a story about Air Canada Jazz CRJ delivered to Montreal on 12th May 2005.

In the background of the photograph, there is very definately an Emirates aircraft. When did they start operating to Canada?? Or was it possibly a special charter flight????

Just curious. Not important.

Do you know what type it was? If an A345 then probably a diversion , if a B744 then it may ave been the freighter operated by ATLAS.

Not going to Canada was coming from SEA to YUL , but showing the 773ER to AC on the way to DXB

Was a 777 tail I think, def not a 744, so fatbus has probably hit the nail on the head.

It's a 777

Went and saw it in the hangar yesterday, not a scheduled flight though

Airshow contribution from EK only, no service, yet..............

It was a demonstration flight organised by Boeing for Air Canada who recently ordered B777s including the B773ER.

EK have advertised for Area Manager Canada on their careers website .. wont be long now before you will see their tails in Canada permanently!

EK coming to YUL ? or YYZ like Etihad ?
