Etihad web error message
 

I was trying to fill out the online app.
When I hit submit, I got an error message that said....Passport Issue date should be lesser or equal to current date

The date that I entered was 1995.
Anyone know what is wrong?
What am I doing wrong?

Try putting in any date that works online and then if things progress to the employment phase and you are in direct contact with the employers you can explain the problem, or give HR a call and fax them a copy.

I have posted them my cv,passport copy and pics to abu dhabi whilst i was in dubai..they didnt get it..i have applied online via the Etihad website,filled everything out..confirmed it had been sent and was awaiting a reply..they didnt get it!!! im so p****d off..i know they didnt get any of them from me cos i sent them an email asking and they asked me to send again..what kind of set up is this? obviously the online things not a good guarantee is it?:mad:

As far as I know they are in the process of changing the online form which is not too good and its the same form if you are applying for an office job or pilot.

It goes direct to the selection team, it may help.
They are still only taking applications from A330/A340 and 777 people though, the rest will have to wait a while.

I entered in every date from today back to 1995 for the passport issue date and it won't work.
I also sent an e-mail to the above address and it got kicked back.
Maybe I will try again next week.
