Etihad Pilot Recruitment

Does anyone know when Etihad will be recruiting non-type rated pilots?
Who are the Flight Ops manager and the Chief Pilot and does anyone have any contact numbers?

What is it like to work for them?
What is it like to live in Abu Dhabi, is it similar to Dubai?

Nothing in the middle east is like Dubai, but....Abu Dhabi is very nice.
