Just had a go as pax on one of the above LGW-DXB. Flew in Economy Class - one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats that I have ever flown in. Too narrow - tray table didn't fully extend and recline is a bit dodgy, seat cushion lifts as you recline backwards.

No elbow room to work, so have to write holding paper against the seat back in front.

A bit disappointing after all the hype. IFE good though.

Do any of the EK cabin crew have complaints like this from pax regularly, or am i a lone complainer?

Business class looked fabulous on the walk through. Hope to sit there next time.

Heard a lot of complaints regarding Y class on the A345. I was amazed that the first class cabins were certified though, they nearly weren't.

Why were they nearly not certified? What was the problem?
