FAA BFR and IPC

I m looking for an faa cfi for an multi-engine biannual flight review and an instrument profiencency check in middle esat.

Hi,
I don't know any instructor or school in Middle East, but you can in Europe, specially in UK or Switzerland. But check with flight school in Middle East there are probably FAA instructors.
