2006 PA28 accident Emirates Aviation Services
 

I'm trying to get info or an accident report on an old crash of a light aircraft that took off from OMDB with a private pilot and crashed in the Hajjar mountains in 2006.

Couldn't find it on the gcaa website or maybe I'm not looking hard enough ?!

Any info would be appreciated

This was an odd one, there was an article about it in the 7 days news paper at the time.. it had pictures also.. if i remember right he sent 'text messages' to his partner saying the engine was running rough and that he loved here...? although he made no radio calls declaring this...???
