Callsign 'AYY 109' Double Engine failure IRAN

Interesting R/T over Iran today; "AYY 109" called a MAYDAY with a double Engine failure, started a diversion into Isfahan, and then decided 'ops normal' and climbed out to continue en route??

Anyone know whom this C/S belongs to? And wtf happened? :E

So quick to judge fellow aviators... I know of at least one case where a 4-holer had a dual, albeit momentary, engine stall indication in cruise due to a wake encounter. Could this have been the same?
