Psychology department in FZ

Recently a new department has been open in Flydubaï.
The person leading this new psychology department is a female coming from EK , Madam MJ.
I have no idea about her background and/or diploma she holds.
We have been told that she was in EK for 10 years.
We would appreciate any feed back ( good or bad ) about her to know if she can be trusted or not.

And what is exactly the aim of the psychology department? To deal with recruitment?

To ensure those still heading to the region are sane

Ha ha ha ha, that's the funniest thing I've heard yet. FZ has a psychology dept. :D

You couldn't make this sh*t up.

Essentially, you've got to be a bit mental to even consider joining :)

It's legal !

Here's a recent picture of some flydubai pilots.

The new FZ 'Psychology Department' is now working closely in conjunction with the 'Training Department' (aka, the 'Distance Learning & Checking Department' ) and they have come up with a new whizzo idea to help with cranial installation & retention of all the irrelevant bull**** that FZ pilots are required to know.

Here's a fine example picture of an FZ Command upgrade candidate undergoing 'training'.

The lady in question is excellent and has done a lot of good work with CC at EK. Sorry for the thread drift.

OKC,

I like the pictures. However, all of your subjects seem awake and far too alert.

Please be guided accordingly,

wtd

777boyindubai,

Thanks you very much , you are the only one to really answer my question instead of making stupid comments leading to a thread drift.

Dubaigong,

Get a sense of humour and stop taking life/ yourself so seriously.

Anyone who works at FZ or has worked at FZ will find this hilarious..... except of course, you.

:ugh:

Will Rogers 11th Nov 2016 16:06

WTD and the rest...

PPRuNe and its habitants at its best... How we show what we're made of as a "professional" group. Not everyone is after wit and/or humour but some - believe it or not - are actually after useful information. Wether they work at FZ or not!

Sigh...

what-to-do 11th Nov 2016 17:12

oh please :ugh:

She's certainly located in the right building for plenty of academic subject matter.

She studied in Bangalore where she managed to get a doctorate in Psychology in 5 years only 1999-2003
Then scored a high ranking position at EK with almost no experience and now she is head of FZ psychology department. She is very lucky indeed.

Generally you get what you pay for

777boyindubai 12th Nov 2016 14:55

Cantbebothered. If the lady started a doctorate program in 1999 and finished in 2003, how is that 5 years?

I reiterate that the lady is competent and was well regarded by staff who worked with her.

Plazbot 13th Nov 2016 06:20

How is it not 5 years?

troff 13th Nov 2016 06:23

777boyindubai: 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003. Five years.

what-to-do 13th Nov 2016 07:37

Actually, as far as academia is concerned that is 4 years.
