Ramadan hours

Hiya,
My husband works in Engineering and isn't getting any extra time off during Ramadan. He already doesn't get public holidays off because he's meant to be on 'shift work' but I thought everyone gets out early on Ramadan? Can anyone pls confirm

Ramadan hours for those observing, I believe (32/week)...plus overtime if you work more than that!

EK is classed as a semi-government company. Under UAE Labour Law, this means they don't need to give all employees the same rights. Muslim staff get reduced shifts. By two hours per day! The infidels get to keep the lights on. The joys of working for EK! You couldn't make it up.
