Emirates going 77W to Kabul

Rumored they will fly the type there from winter schedule making it the first 77 service there, any confirmation? isnt it too much capacity? does it have F suites?

God I hope it does. Good thing Yangon starts with the 77W, Kolkata, Ahmadabad and Trivandrum are already operating a once or twice weekly served by 772/773/77W hopefully they take it there daily along with Addis and I'll be a bit happier.

small story about Kabul:

On a meeting 2 year ago with TCAS, he got asked why we fly to Kabul beside all the security issues

Answer from TCAS: It is the safest Airport in the world because there is so much military around!

... And the Titanic was branded "Unsinkable" because it had such strong steel

Possibly because Indian workers are finding the Middle East a less attractive option due to better prospects at home, and a new source of cheap labour needs to be found.
