EK Male burnout
Guys,
Let's try and get this straight . The MLE turn is now a variation 1 flight . The third man is just to help , he has no legal consequence . So there is no burn out . If you go into discretion , that's 1045 duty plus you must file a discretion report , not fudge your numbers to make a 3 man trip with operations crew having 3 hours . Discretion in variation one means an instant report to GCAA. That's how we will get a layover . Am I wrong ? |

Ah, clearly i was fatigue when I wrote Male burnout without realising the consequence s .
But can we please get the word out to our colleagues . People are still burning people out thinking its a 3 man crew flight. |
