EK Medical claims portal - grrr..
 

Seems this portal changes daily and never for the better.
I cannot seem to be able to upload supporting documents anymore.. anyone else having this problem and does it matter anyway?- I will be sending in the hard copies in any event. Have tried both Mac and PC.

Had same issue this morning from my works PC - it actually now says that 'Upload of documents is not mandatory'

Glad to know it is not just me. Saw that notice just now as well- I guess it is no longer mandatory as the IT people just cannot get it right. If only the rest of EK was held as accountable as the Flight Deck crew are..

You still need to send the hard copy anyway if you read the instructions, so no need to upload anything..
