District 11 labour camp. I hope they correct all the short falls from the current batch of villas. The lack of:

Storage space
Yard space
Garage doors
General free space between villas
Pipe diameter
General construction quality

My "regional favourite" is..."yes captain...the cargo doors will be closed 2-3 minutes"....everything is "2-3 minutes"......
