FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) in UAE

Hi Guys,

Can anybody tell me if there is an FAA DPE that resides or frequently visits the UAE? Maybe working at Emirates or Etihad ?

I am looking for one and would appreciate any cont:ok:act info
